Your Sonim phone is backed by an unconditional 3 year guarantee. Sonim phones purchased directly from Sonims online store may be returned under warranty if within 3 years of the date of original purchase.

Products purchased via an authorized Sonim dealer must be returned to such dealer, who then will contact Sonim directly for returns, replacements and/or refunds. Please contact your authorized dealer for its policy on returns and replacements.

If you wish to return your Sonim phone please fill out the form below. We will then issue a Returns Number (RMA #) and send out a replacement phone along as well as the instructions on sending back your original phone purchase.
